Privacy Policy
This policy explains what personal data ARRAAD collects, why we collect it, and what rights you have over it.

What we collect

Why we use it
- To fulfil your order — process payment, arrange delivery, issue invoices. Without this we cannot sell to you.
- To provide support — handle returns, warranty claims and repair bookings.
- To operate the site — keep it secure, prevent fraud, fix faults and improve how it works.
- To meet legal obligations — tax and commercial record keeping under UAE law.
- To market to you, where you have asked us to. You can withdraw that consent at any time.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only where it is necessary:
- Courier companies, to deliver your order — name, address and phone number.
- Payment providers, to take payment securely. They receive card data directly; we do not.
- Repair partners, where a warranty claim or repair requires it.
- Technology providers who host the site and provide email and analytics on our behalf, under contract.
- Authorities, where the law requires it.
Some of these providers operate outside the UAE. Where data is transferred abroad, we take reasonable steps to ensure it remains protected to an equivalent standard.
How long we keep it
- Order and invoice records: for as long as UAE commercial and tax law requires.
- Account data: while your account is open, and for a reasonable period afterwards.
- Support correspondence: up to three years after the matter is closed.
- Marketing consent records: until you withdraw consent, plus a record of the withdrawal.
Your rights
- Ask what we hold about you and receive a copy.
- Have inaccurate data corrected.
- Ask us to delete data we no longer need to keep.
- Object to marketing, and unsubscribe from any marketing email.
- Ask us to restrict how we use your data while a dispute is resolved.

Security
The site runs over an encrypted connection, passwords are stored hashed, and access to customer data is limited to staff who need it. No system is perfectly secure, but we take these obligations seriously and will tell you promptly if a breach affects you.
Children
The site is not intended for children. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe we have, contact us and we will delete it.
