About ARRAAD
ARRAAD is a UAE electronics retailer built on one idea: you should know exactly what you are buying before you buy it.
Most of what we sell has had a life before you — returned, opened, ex-display or previously owned. That is not something we hide in the small print. It is the whole point. A device that has been properly inspected, honestly graded and backed by a warranty costs a fraction of a sealed one and does the same job.
What makes that work is the grading. Every unit that reaches our catalogue is checked, tested and assigned one of four grades — Brand New, Like New, Excellent or Good — each with a defined cosmetic standard, a published battery range and a stated list of what comes in the box. The grade sets the price. You choose where on that scale you want to sit.
How we grade
Grading is not a marketing exercise. It follows a fixed standard, applied the same way to every device, every time.
- Function first. Screen, cameras, speakers, microphones, buttons, ports, charging and connectivity are all tested. Anything that fails does not get listed.
- Battery measured, not estimated. Every grade carries a published battery health range, with 80% as the floor across the board.
- Cosmetics described plainly. Micro-scratches are called micro-scratches. Visible wear is called visible wear.
- Data wiped. Every device is reset. Nothing of the previous owner remains.

What you get
A 6-month warranty
Every electronics product carries a 6-month ARRAAD warranty. If something covered goes wrong, we collect the device, repair it and return it — at no cost to you.
Ten days to change your mind
Return an eligible product within 10 days of delivery. Faulty items are collected free.
Delivery across the UAE
We ship to every emirate, with cash on delivery available on physical products.
Repairs, not just replacements
We also repair devices you already own, with fixed prices published up front and free collection and return.
Why it matters
Every device given a second life is one that does not become e-waste, and one less unit that has to be manufactured from raw materials. That is a real environmental gain, but it is not a favour we are asking you to do. The products stand on their own: the same hardware, the same performance, honestly described, for less money.
