First and third party

Cookies set by arraad.ae are first-party. Some are set by services we use, such as our payment provider and analytics tools, and are third-party. We do not control how those providers use the data they collect, and their own privacy policies apply.

How long they last

  • Session cookies are deleted the moment you close your browser.
  • Persistent cookies remain until they expire or you delete them. Ours generally last no longer than 12 months.

Managing cookies

Every major browser lets you view, block and delete cookies from its settings. Look under Privacy or Site Settings in Chrome, Safari, Firefox or Edge.

Blocking strictly necessary cookies will break the basket and checkout. Blocking the rest will not stop you shopping.

You can also browse in a private or incognito window, which clears cookies automatically when you close it.

Do Not Track

Browsers vary in how they implement Do Not Track and there is no agreed standard for responding to it, so we do not currently act on those signals. You can control cookies directly using the methods above.

Changes

If we add or remove cookie categories we will update this page.
