What you should know

  • Turnaround is up to 10 business days from the day your device reaches our repair centre, excluding collection and return. If a part has to be sourced it can take longer, and we will tell you.
  • 90-day warranty on the work performed and on any parts fitted.
  • Back up your data before collection. We cannot guarantee data survives a repair.
  • Remove activation locks such as Find My before sending. A locked device cannot be serviced.
  • Other faults are booked as a diagnostic. We assess the device and confirm the final price before doing any work.
  • Devices bought from ARRAAD within the last six months may be covered free of charge. Check the warranty policy first.
