Condition Grades
Every device we sell is inspected before it is listed, then given one of four grades. The grade tells you exactly how the device looks, how much battery life is left, and what arrives in the box. No vague wording, no surprises.
Grades describe cosmetic condition and battery health. They never describe how a device works. Whatever the grade, every unit is fully functional, tested across all its key components, and covered by our warranty.
Brand New
Factory-sealed and never opened.

- Flawless — no marks, no dust.
- Battery
- 100%.

- Original sealed manufacturer box.
Like New
Indistinguishable from new in normal use.
- Cosmetic
- Clean — no scratches visible from 30 cm, no scuffs on the frame.
- Battery
- Between 90% and 100%.
- In the box

Excellent
The value pick. Only micro-scratches you have to hunt for.

- Light wear — faint marks on the body, nothing that catches the eye.
- Battery
- Between 80% and 90%.

Good
The budget hero. Fully functional, and it shows its history.

What every grade guarantees
- Fully functional, with every key component tested — screen, cameras, speakers, microphones, buttons, charging and connectivity.

A note on battery health
Battery health is the capacity a battery holds today compared with when it was new. A device at 88% holds 88% of its original charge. Anything at or above 80% is considered healthy, which is why 80% is our floor across every grade — and why we publish the range rather than leaving you to guess.
Which grade should you pick?
If the device is a gift, or you simply want it sealed, choose Brand New. If you want it to look new but cost less, choose Like New. If you care about what a device does rather than how it looks, Excellent is where the value sits. And if price is what matters most, Good does everything the others do for less.
