Terms & Conditions
These terms govern your use of arraad.ae and any purchase you make through it. By using the site you accept them.
arraad.ae is operated by ARRAAD WA BARQ ELECTRONICS TRADING CO. L.L.C., a company registered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. In these terms, "we", "us" and "ARRAAD" mean that company; "you" means the person using the site.
Using the site
- You must be of legal age to enter a binding contract in your country of residence.
- You are responsible for keeping your account details accurate and your password secure, and for everything done through your account.
- You may not use the site unlawfully, interfere with its operation, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or extract its content by automated means.
- We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms.
Products and descriptions
- Most products we sell are pre-owned, returned, open-box or refurbished, and are sold under a published condition grade. The grade forms part of the description. See Condition Grades.
- We take care to describe products accurately, but photographs are illustrative and minor variation in appearance is normal within a grade.
- Listing a product is not a guarantee it is in stock. Availability is confirmed when we accept your order.
Orders and pricing
- Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we confirm dispatch.
- All prices are in UAE Dirhams and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Delivery charges, where they apply, are shown before you pay.
- If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.
- We may limit or cancel quantities bought per person, per household or per order.
- Risk in a product passes to you on delivery. Ownership passes once we have received payment in full.
- We issue an electronic invoice for every purchase and send it to the email address on the order.
Delivery, returns and warranty
Delivery is covered by our Shipping & Delivery policy, returns by our Returns & Refunds policy, and warranty by our Warranty policy. Each forms part of these terms.
Gift cards and digital products
- Digital codes are delivered by email and cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged once issued.
- Each code is subject to the terms of the brand that issued it, including any expiry, regional restriction and permitted use.
- We are not responsible for a code sent to an email address entered incorrectly at checkout.
Repair services
- Repair prices published on the site apply to the specific device model and repair type stated. If assessment shows additional work is needed, we will quote before proceeding.
- You must back up your data before sending a device. We are not liable for data loss during repair.
- You must remove activation locks and passcodes. A locked device cannot be serviced.
- Repairs carry a 90-day warranty on the work performed and any parts fitted.
Intellectual property
The ARRAAD name, logo, site design, text and images are owned by us or licensed to us. Brand names and product images belonging to manufacturers remain the property of their owners and are used to identify products only. You may not reproduce any of it without written permission.
Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of data, or loss of business, however arising. Our total liability in connection with any product is limited to the amount you paid for it.
The site is provided as it is. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error free.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version published on this page at the time you place an order is the version that applies to that order.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai. Any dispute arising from them or from a purchase made through this site is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.
