Shipping & Delivery
We deliver to every emirate in the United Arab Emirates. We do not currently ship outside the UAE.
How long it takes
- Standard delivery: 3 to 5 business days from dispatch, anywhere in the UAE.
- Orders are usually dispatched within one business day of being placed.
- Business days exclude Fridays, Saturdays and public holidays.
- Gift cards and digital products are delivered by email, normally within minutes of payment clearing. No shipping is involved.
Delivery charges
Delivery charges, where they apply, are calculated at checkout and shown in full before you pay. Many products qualify for free delivery; where an item does not, the charge appears against it in your basket. Expedited delivery, where offered, carries an additional charge.
Cash on delivery
Cash on delivery is available on physical products delivered within the UAE. Please have the exact amount ready, as couriers may not carry change.
Cash on delivery is not available on gift cards or any other digital product. Those must be paid for by card, because the code is issued immediately.
Receiving your order
- The courier will contact you to confirm a delivery date and time window.
- Someone must be present to receive the parcel. Deliveries are not left unattended.
- Check the parcel before signing. If the packaging is visibly damaged, note it with the courier and tell us the same day.
- If nobody is available, the courier will attempt delivery again. Repeated failed attempts may result in the order being returned to us.
Tracking
A tracking number is emailed to you when your order is dispatched, along with the name of the courier carrying it. How to track your order.
Addresses
Please make sure your delivery address and phone number are correct before you place the order. We cannot change an address once a parcel has been handed to the courier, and redelivery to a corrected address may incur a charge.
Delays
We aim to meet every delivery estimate, but weather, customs, courier capacity and public holidays can occasionally push things back. If your order is running late, email info@arraad.ae with your order number and we will find out where it is.
